Giveaway and Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of kopmaz.fyi (the "Site") and the game-key giveaways offered on it (the "Giveaways"). By using the Site or taking part in a Giveaway you accept them.

1. Organizer

The organizer is Fırat Kopmaz. Contact: firat@nerdnest.ch.

2. Giveaways

2.1 Free participation

Participation is free. No purchase is necessary and no payment is ever requested. If anyone asks you for money in connection with a Giveaway, it is not us.

2.2 Eligibility

Only people aged 18 or over may take part.
There is one key per person, across all accounts, and one key per Google account.
A given Giveaway may require that you are subscribed to the YouTube channel @kopmazfirat. This is verified through Google sign-in. You also have to pass a Turnstile bot check.
Stock, opening and closing times are shown on each Giveaway page.

2.3 No element of chance: strictly first-come-first-served

Keys are allocated strictly first-come-first-served while stock lasts, by the server order of valid claims. There is no element of chance, luck or drawing. This is not a lottery or a prize draw; there is no element of chance, keys are handed out to the first claimants in order.

2.4 The keys

Keys come as-is from the developer or publisher. They are usually for Steam and may be region-locked or platform-specific.
We do not guarantee that a key works in your region or on your platform.
There is no exchange and no cash alternative. Keys may not be transferred for resale.
A revealed key counts as delivered. Please redeem it promptly. Lost keys are not replaced.

2.5 Abuse

The organizer may void and revoke claims obtained by multiple accounts, automation, fake identities, exploiting bugs or reselling, and may ban the people involved from future Giveaways.

2.6 Changes to a Giveaway

The organizer may change, pause or end a Giveaway at any time, for example because of technical faults or abuse.

3. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the organizer's liability is limited. The Site and Giveaways are provided without warranty of uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as for intent or gross negligence, or limits your mandatory consumer rights.

4. No affiliation

The Site and the Giveaways are not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Kick, YouTube, Google or Valve/Steam. These names belong to their owners.

5. Personal data

Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Notice.

6. General use of the Site

The Site's content is copyrighted by Fırat Kopmaz or the respective owners.
Embedded third-party content (for example YouTube videos and Google Calendar) is subject to the terms of those providers.
Do not attack, overload or scrape the Site, and do not try to bypass its security measures.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Turkish law. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul are competent, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live.

8. Availability and severability

The Site may be unavailable from time to time, for example for maintenance, technical faults or reasons outside our control. We may change or remove features without notice. If a provision of these terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect, and the invalid one is replaced by a valid provision that comes closest to its purpose. Failing to enforce a provision at one time does not waive our right to enforce it later.
